Established to promote the ethical, responsible, and socially beneficial use of data and AI, LUDA brings together students, researchers, and professionals from diverse backgrounds to share knowledge, develop skills, and collaborate on projects that create positive impact for communities.
Our activities include community-based education programs, workshops, seminars, collaborative research initiatives, and knowledge-sharing events. Through these programs, LUDA fosters interdisciplinary learning, encourages innovation, and bridges the gap between academic research and real-world applications.

New Zealand & Korea Technology Exchange
LUDA serves as a bridge between New Zealand and Korea, fostering technology exchange and collaboration between the two countries. With members from both communities, LUDA is uniquely positioned to connect professionals, researchers, and innovators across borders.
Our bilingual platform enables knowledge sharing in both English and Korean, ensuring that insights and opportunities are accessible to a wider audience. We facilitate cross-cultural understanding of how data science and AI are being applied in different contexts — from New Zealand's agriculture and tourism sectors to Korea's advanced manufacturing and digital industries.
